J99 Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the J99 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree to be bound by all provisions stated in this document.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You understand that online betting carries financial risk and you are playing at your own risk.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the j99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher legal age limit set in your jurisdiction of residence — whichever is greater.
• One account only: Each player is permitted to hold only one j99 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without return of balances.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and account updates must be accurate, complete, and current. j99 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.
• KYC verification: You are required to complete the identity verification process upon request, including submitting a valid identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.
• Not on exclusion list: You are not included on any list of persons excluded from gambling or subject to restrictions imposed by relevant authorities.

3Account Responsibility

Your J99 account is personal and non-transferable to any other party. As the account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• The security of your account username and password at all times.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Report to the j99 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that no other individual, including family members, uses your account to place bets.

J99 will not be held liable for any losses you incur as a result of sharing your login credentials with another party, whether voluntarily or otherwise.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at j99 are subject to the following policy:

• Accepted deposit methods: J99 accepts deposits via FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, and local e-wallets listed on the platform. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). j99 does not bear any foreign currency conversion costs.
• Minimum deposit limit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals for accounts that have completed KYC verification are processed in under 15 minutes to the registered bank account or e-wallet. j99 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Unclaimed funds: Account balances that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactive account maintenance fee as determined by J99 from time to time.

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

J99 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions to players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each offer. The general conditions applicable to all J99 bonuses are as follows:

• Each player is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim this bonus more than once through multiple account registrations constitutes fraud and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met. Wagering requirements are typically between 15x and 35x the bonus value, and the exact details are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• J99 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, coordinated fraud, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unused bonuses within their specified validity period will expire automatically without any compensation.
• Wagering bonus funds on certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations — please check the respective bonus terms.

6Game Rules

All games available on the j99 platform are subject to the individual rules of each game, in addition to the following general rules:

• Settled game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption, internet disconnection, or software failure during an active game, j99 will attempt to restore the game to the last valid state. If restoration is not possible, the bets involved will be returned to the player's account.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in collusion with other players is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of wins.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are clearly displayed before you start any round.

7Responsible Gaming

• Use of the j99 brand logo or name for commercial purposes, unauthorised affiliate marketing, or false representation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to j99 become the property of j99 and may be used without any obligation to compensate you.

10Account Closure

J99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity using the J99 platform.
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• You have more than one active account.
• You are below the minimum required age.
• There is a directive from the relevant legal authority or regulatory body.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, j99 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and wins obtained through activity that violated the terms. Original deposit balances may be returned at j99's discretion after the investigation is concluded.

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting the J99 support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be voided and any available fund balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

11Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, j99 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses you incur from betting activity on the platform, including money wagered and lost.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond J99's control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or third-party cyberattacks.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the J99 platform.
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers integrated with the j99 platform, including game providers and payment gateways.

12Amendment of Terms

J99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the J99 website. J99 will endeavour to notify players of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email.
